Our stuff is ours
The Mucking Fiddle Golf name, logos, patch designs, photos, and the words on this site belong to Mucking Fiddle Golf. Enjoy them, share links to them, wear them proudly — but don't copy them, print them on your own merchandise, or pass them off as yours. That's a two-stroke penalty and a letter from us.
Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and can change without notice (though never after you've placed an order). We do our best to keep product photos and descriptions accurate, but hats may vary slightly from their pictures. If we make a genuine pricing mistake on the site, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order rather than honor the error.
Shipping, returns, and refunds

What we're not liable for
We stand behind our hats completely. But to the fullest extent the law allows, Mucking Fiddle Golf isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site or our products. A great hat improves your look, not your handicap — we make no promises about your golf game, and any shots that find the water are entirely your own.
Site availability
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but it's provided "as is" — occasionally things break, go out of stock, or contain the odd typo. We'll fix what we find.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, where Mucking Fiddle Golf is based. Any disputes will be handled there.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top always tells you the current version.
