Returns & Exchanges
If the hat isn't right, we'll make it right. Unworn hats in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
Defective patch or stitching? That's on us — we'll replace it free, no return required. Just send a photo.
Damaged in transit
If your order shows up looking like it went through a bunker, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement.
