What we collect
If you fill out our contact form or join the email list, we collect what you give us — your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. When our online checkout goes live, orders will also include your shipping address and order details. That's the whole bag. We don't collect anything you don't hand us.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your messages, ship your hats, and — if you signed up for emails — tell you about new drops. That's it. We will never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Your inbox has enough hazards already.
Who else touches it
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, and when checkout launches, orders and payments will be handled by Shopify and its payment processors — meaning your card details go to them, not us. We never see or store your payment information. These services have their own privacy policies and industry-standard security.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential cookies needed to work. No ad trackers following you around the internet like a bad caddie.
Emails
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're back in the clubhouse, no questions asked. We'll only email you if you asked us to.
Kids
This site sells hats to adults and isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal info, email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Want to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. You're talking to a real person, not a form-letter machine.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Big changes get called out clearly.
