What we collect
If you fill out our contact form, we collect what you give us — your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. When you place an order, it also includes your shipping address and order details. That's the whole bag. We don't collect anything you don't hand us.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your messages and ship your hats. That's it. We will never sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Your inbox has enough hazards already.
Who else touches it
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, our contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, and orders and payments are handled by Shopify and its payment processors — meaning your card details go to them, not us. We never see or store your payment information. These services have their own privacy policies and industry-standard security.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential cookies needed to work. No ad trackers following you around the internet like a bad caddie.
Kids
This site sells hats to adults and isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal info, email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
Want to see what we have on you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. You're talking to a real person, not a form-letter machine.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Big changes get called out clearly.
